Inbal Offen-Polak

Inbal was born in Ramat Gan, Israel in 1991. She graduated from the dual BSc. degree program of the Material Science and Engineering and the Chemistry faculties at the Technion in 2017. She then continued for a MSc. degree in Electrochemistry and Energy storage under the supervision of Prof. Yair Ein-Eli from the Material Science and Engineering department at the Technion. Inbal is working on her PhD in the Eisenberg groups at the Schulich Faculty of Chemistry since 2020, focusing on the electrocatalysis of urea and ammonia oxidation reactions. Inbal is currently living in Haifa with her husband, enjoying spending her free time on leisure reading and family quality time.
Distinctions:
- Combined BSc. degree in material science and engineering and in chemistry (cum laude).
- Several appearances on Dean’s and President’s lists during B.Sc. studies.
